Galleria San Federico, a high-profile commercial complex and historic social hub constructed in the early 20th century, was the subject of a conservative restoration intervention carried out by VGS Costruzioni on the main façade facing Piazza San Carlo.

The intervention addressed widespread and advanced degradation affecting the architectural surfaces, distinguished by the refined use of marble, stone, and granite, harmoniously integrated in the original design.

The restoration process involved a series of specialized operations, including surface cleaning, material reconstruction, consolidation of protruding elements, localized grouting, and final aesthetic integration through chromatic adjustment.

All activities were conducted with the utmost respect for the original materials and finishes, successfully restoring the façade to its original condition without compromising its historical and architectural integrity.
