The Paideia Social Farm is a key project that holds special significance for us. Designed to host families with children with disabilities, it offers a unique environment for well-being and discovery, fostering connection with nature while encouraging learning through play.

The building, dating back to the early 20th century, underwent a comprehensive restoration, including structural reinforcement, expansion, and the addition of an elevator system, a necessity given the intended use of the facility. Significant interior reconfiguration was also carried out to optimize space and functionality.

The Paideia Social Farm spans 700 square meters across three levels. The basement houses a stunning wine cellar carved into the tuff, topped with an expertly constructed brick vault, alongside storage areas and technical rooms. The ground floor features common areas such as a living room, dining room, shared kitchen, shop, and workshop. The first floor accommodates the bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The attic has been converted into spaces for volunteers and the caretaker’s accommodation.

The surrounding area has undergone a major landscape redesign, incorporating engineering solutions to create parking spaces, terraces adorned with a variety of trees and shrubs, and medium- to large-sized plants. The rear section of the property is dedicated to educational gardens and children’s play areas.
