Located in the new industrial area in the province of Turin, within the P.I.P. (Production Industrial Park) of the Municipality of Chieri, the new industrial building houses a start-up in the Turin automotive sector.
The project, developed through the collaboration of a highly skilled professional team, enabled the creation of a one-of-a-kind building that meets exceptional structural, architectural, and energy standards.
From a compositional perspective, the building features distinct forms and geometries tailored to the specific functions housed within: the block containing the executive and operational offices, which support the workshop activities, is topped by a flat roof that integrates two green patios, while the workshop area is characterized by a sloped shed roof.
This typology, typical of 20th century industrial architecture, maximizes natural light intake into the workspaces and facilitates the integration of a large number of photovoltaic panels, contributing significantly to the building’s energy autonomy and environmental sustainability.
