The intervention was carried out with the goal of completely refunctionalizing the office spaces leased to KPMG on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors of the building facing Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, at number 48. The renovation followed a new layout design, raising the quality and functionality standards of both the architectural and building systems supporting the offices.

The greatest challenge was ensuring that KPMG could continue its operations within the building by utilizing a "buffer space" during the transitional phases, organizing the construction work so that only one floor was affected at a time.

The ultimate objective was to renovate the common areas of the building, including the entrance reception, elevator lobbies on each floor, and the elevator systems.
